Gianna is the best she always takes care!

Have been living here since June 2023. I love how the manager listens to your concerns or anything that u need to fix inside the apartment. Maintenance comes in quickly whenever you have something broken. Super friendly community. They are always there whenever you need help or have questions about something.

Hello , I’ve been here over 3 years and it’s been wonderful. The apartments are very close to my job so I love it. Gianna is a great apartment manager. Always keep us inform of things being done . Gene is the man !

I've been living at Park Paloma for about 2 years this month and Gianna has always been amazing. She worked with me when I first moved and any time I need help or even to talk she is always there. She is very nice and makes sure I have all things and listens to my concerns. She keeps the community running. Truly an amazing Community Manager. Gene is also great and super nice and makes sure all things are fixed in my place if I have an order to put in. Keeps the community looking good. Park Paloma is a great place to stay, small community but clean and nice.

We have lived at Park Paloma for a little over a year and are so incredibly pleased with our experience this far. The property is well maintained, small, quiet, and all of the residents are friendly. The main reason we love this place is because of the office manager Gianna. She is efficient, patient and understanding - a huge asset to the company. Thank you Park Paloma!

I have lived at park Paloma for 3 1/2 years now and I must say Giana is the BEST manager we have ever had on site. She is timely with responses, she genuinely cares about everyone living there and is super helpful with anything I have needed. I recently moved into a renovated unit and she made the process so smooth and easy! I am so grateful to have someone who really cares about our community and I encourage anyone looking for an apt to talk to Giana!! She will get you set up 😇

I just wanted to say that your office manager is the reason I chose your complex Gianna CiancioI amazing personality, Helpful Knowlegable. I applied at 3 locations and was approved, she got back to me quickly, and she was super helpful and accommodating so i choose your community. By Far a great asset to the community. Moving in Mid November/ December couldn't be happier.

I don’t know if I’ll be staying here another year but overall the apartment complex is cool. The only reason I’m here is the manager Gianna. She’s probably the main reason why most people like it here. She’s hands down the best apartment manager I’ve ever experienced. :)

Giana is an awesome office manager! She really listens and gets things done! She is an asset to this community! We haven’t had an office manager who cared in a long time!
