I’ve enjoyed living here the past year and have had absolutely no issues with management or maintenance. Both are very responsive which is appreciated! The only concern is that some residents do not pick up after their dogs which can be frustrating. I know management is actively working on enforcing owner clean up though!

Have been living here since June 2023. I love how the manager listens to your concerns or anything that u need to fix inside the apartment. Maintenance comes in quickly whenever you have something broken. Super friendly community. They are always there whenever you need help or have questions about something.

I’ve been here over 2 years. Park Paloma is clean and well maintained. Gianna Has great customer service if I Have a question about anything concerning my apartment she’s always there to help. If I need anything fixed in my apartment. Gene comes and fix it as soon as he can, which is great. I love where I’m at because it’s close to my work. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive for rent and the basic necessities. ? thank you, Gianna and Gene for all you do at Park Paloma Apartments.

I've been living at Park Paloma for about 2 years this month and Gianna has always been amazing. She worked with me when I first moved and any time I need help or even to talk she is always there. She is very nice and makes sure I have all things and listens to my concerns. She keeps the community running. Truly an amazing Community Manager. Gene is also great and super nice and makes sure all things are fixed in my place if I have an order to put in. Keeps the community looking good. Park Paloma is a great place to stay, small community but clean and nice.

We have lived at Park Paloma for a little over a year and are so incredibly pleased with our experience this far. The property is well maintained, small, quiet, and all of the residents are friendly. She is timely with responses, she genuinely cares about everyone living there and is super helpful with anything I have needed. I just wanted to say that your office manager is the reason I chose your complex Gianna CiancioI amazing personality, Helpful Knowlegable. I applied at 3 locations and was approved, she got back to me quickly, and she was super helpful and accommodating so i choose your community. By Far a great asset to the community. Moving in Mid November/ December couldn't be happier.

I just moved to Arizona from Washington and Park Paloma was my first stop to look for an apartment, lucky for me I had Gianna to help me with this process. Although Park Paloma doesn't have any units for my time frame, Gianna did give me a list of properties' that do and that was extremely helpful. Over all she took the time and helped me so thanks!!!!!!!

The office manager, Demetrius, is amazing and sooo helpful whenever i need anything! Gene, the maintenance guy, is always super timely with repairs and has gone above and beyond for me on occasion. Great location and a welcoming community with nice nieghbors! Highly recommend :)

Park Paloma is a very nice property to live in...the manager is Great! Also the Maintenance Steve is Great! Chris you were wrong you owe security deposit you never paid up.. and the owner state not to renew him! and for the records there are Good and Nice residents living here scene 1996 and still like living here! So Chris your wrong!
